How to Create Groups in IAM Module?

To create a group, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Login to the Ace Cloud Portal.

Step 2: Navigate to the IAM module from the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Click on the Groups tab.

Step 4: Click the Create Group button to open the group creation form.

Step 5: Fill Group Details

  1. Enter a Group Name (e.g., TestGroup).

  2. Add a Description (e.g., Users in this group will only have access to the TestGroup project).

  3. Select Policy to associate with this group immediately (e.g., TestPolicy). This defines what access all group members will inherit.

  4. Click Next.

Step 6: Add Users to the Group

  1. From the list of users, select the ones you want to add (e.g., John Doe).

  2. Click Submit to finalize the group creation.
