To delete a pool, follow the below steps:

Step 1: to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Services and then click on My Services.

Step 3: Click on your project.

Step 4: Navigate to Networks and then click on Load Balancer.

Step 5: Choose the load balancer for which you want to delete the pool and click on the load balancer name.

Step 6: Navigate to Pools tab.

Step 7: Choose the pool you want to delete and click on Select and choose Delete from the drop-down.

Step 8: Click on Confirm to delete the pool.
