MaxMind error occurs in the case when the billing address provided does not match the IP address from where the transaction is being made. To solve this problem, follow the below steps:

Step 1: to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to your profile and click Account Details.

Step 4: Scroll down to Billing Address, change your billing address to your current IP address, and click on Save Changes.
