To associate a floating IP to the load balancer, follow the below steps:

Step 1: to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Networks and then click on Load Balancer.

Step 3: Choose the load balancer with which you want to associate a floating IP, click on Actions, and choose Associate Floating IP from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Select Floating IP from the drop-down menu and click on Associate.
